Janet Johnson has an incredible personal success story about her body weight. During her teens she really started gaining weight, until at some point in her life she reached 23 stone (146kg). Then one day, a child’s innocent comment became the catalyst for her to start a complete transformational weight loss journey in her life, managing to lose 13.5 stone (86kg) and keeping them off for the last 6 years! Her passion now is to inspire and help others achieve success on their weight loss journey.

Key takeaways:

• The mindset "discovery" that will allow you to lose weight and keep it off

• Why don't conventional diets work and why willpower can only work in the short-term

• Changing our relationship with food

• The single most important rule to follow if you want to be naturally slim

• The power of hypnotherapy in changing self-sabotaging subconscious behaviours

Memorable quote:

"So often we berate ourselves. Draw a line in the sand - stop making yourself feel bad! A lot of destruction can happen from our own self-sabotage, by our own low opinion of ourselves."

-Janet Johnson
