In this episode I carry on reflecting on and consolidating the learnings of the most recent previous interview episodes. My intention in these consolidations is to distil the wisdom imparted by my guests and share it with you in a way that you will find something that clicks, that inspires you to take some kind of action as a result.
Today I reflect on and consolidate actionable takeaways from three of the last five interviews (episodes #270, #274 and #276).

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀:
* Consciously steer your mind and ideas in a creative direction
* Lean back into the now and let go of the thought for 10 seconds
* Be the person who brings the space so that the other one really feels heard
* Really be aware of the blessings you have and feel the gratitude
* Pursue what you love - have that joyful experience in your life, even if it's 10 minutes a day
* Empowering practice: Look at your eyes in the mirror and say positive things about yourself
* Highly successful people don't make the right decisions, they make the decisions right
* What is working for me right now?
